Summerlin Village Dental
opens in new Trails Center
View
When Dr. Pamela J. West isn't attending to patients at her newly opened Summerlin Village Dental office, she is teaching preschoolers the proper way to brush and floss their teeth through her ventriloquist act.
"The parents love the act almost as much as the children," West said. "I've had parents tell me Johnny flossed for 30 minutes last night after seeing your show. That's a great compliment."
Located at 1930 Village Center Circle, Suite 12, in The Trails Village Center, Summerlin Village Dental opened in August and offers state-of-the-art dentistry, including air abrasion and intraoral cameras.
"We know that it is important to keep up on the latest techniques in dentistry while still offering good old-fashioned one-on-one personal care," West said. "At Summerlin Village Dental, our commitment to our patients is to provide the highest quality of service in an open, caring and nurturing environment."
West began her career in dentistry at age 17, working as a dental assistant for a general dentist in her hometown of Downey, Calif. She worked her way through dental hygiene school and subsequently worked as a hygienist.
A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, West owned and operated a solo practice in Orange, Calif. from 1988 to 1995. She and her family relocated to Las Vegas in 1996 and made their home in Summerlin.
Summerlin Village Dental offers the finest in general and cosmetic dentistry for the entire family. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
