Meeting draws large, loud crowd By Todd Dewey      View staff writer       The biggest news from the recent standing-room-only Pahrump town board meeting had nothing to do with removing Gary Hollis as town board chairman or bringing back Mike Cosgrove, the embattled former town manager -- although that's probably why hundreds of Pahrump residents packed the community center in the largest board meeting in years.       Town board members voted 3-2 to keep Hollis in his post and to keep Cosgrove out of his.
