Jeanette Schultz has been named Wellness Director for Chancellor Gardens of The Lakes, a new assisted living residence being developed in The Lakes area of Las Vegas.
Along with Schultz, Jerry Grams has been named Director of Environmental Services, Heather Murphy has been named Sara's Garden Director and Jeffrey Smith has been named Executive Chef.
Opening soon, Chancellor Gardens is a 128-unit rental community providing fine hospitality services, assistance with personal care, and Sara's Garden, a separate special care center for residents with Alzheimer's disease or a related memory disorder.
As Wellness Director, Schultz will oversee Chancellor Gardens of The Lakes' preventative wellness and fitness programs, as well as personal care services, such as bathing, medication reminders and hygiene. She will develop an individualized program to meet the varied needs of each resident. Schultz will also work with community resources to bring the latest information on senior health to both residents of Chancellor Gardens and the general public.
As Director of Environmental Services, Grams will ensure that the highest levels of maintenance and operation are consistently achieved at the community.
As Sara's Garden Director, Murphy will develop a program of care and daily activities for Sara's Garden residents, including baking in a country kitchen, gardening and special crafts projects residents will enjoy.
As Executive Chef, Smith is responsible for all aspects of daily food service operations, including menu development, staff supervision and overseeing kitchen operations within the community.
