Television stations ready for move

      Summerlin residents get ready to meet a new neighbor: Count Cool Rider.
      The colorful "Saturday Fright at the Movies" host, and Elvis Presley impersonator, will be moving to Summerlin as both KFBT-TV, Channel 33 -- which airs the quirky show -- and KFWB-TV, Channel 21, are set to build the valley's first completely digital broadcast facility. The $15 to $20 million facility will start construction in March and begin operation sometime in August.
