Temple Beth Sholom schedules services at Hebrew Academy

      Temple Beth Sholom, a Conservative Congregation, affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, holds Shabbat services at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and 9:30 a.m. Saturdays; Minyan at 7:30 a.m. Mondays and Thursdays and 9 a.m. Sundays at the Hebrew Academy, 9700 W. Hillpointe Road.
      Transportation is provided for members, seniors and guests living on the east side of town from the Griffith Methodist Church parking lot, 1705 E. Oakey Blvd.

      n Golden Chai Seniors of Congregation Ner Tamid invites the public to join in brunches, meetings and social activities at 11 a.m. the first and third Thursdays of each month. The congregation is located at 2761 Emerson Ave.
      Brunch and short general meetings are followed by games of Maj Jongg, Pan and bingo. On Thursday pianist-singer Susan Vex will perform. On March 18, entertainer Ann McCormack will sing and dance.
      Golden Chai will celebrate its 18th Chai birthday at a special service at 7:30 p.m. March 26.
