Youngsters take steps to plan cityBy Tina AllenView staff writer Third-graders at Wynn Elementary School have been busy contributing to Clark County's development, and adding a few masterplans of their own -- Rogerville City, `Stone Cold' Steve Austin City and Erwin City. The fictitious locales are part of a nationwide education program called "Box City," designed to teach children about the styles and structure of architecture and the concepts of community planning by allowing them to create their own miniature cities.
