Voters express contentment in primary results

      The voters have spoken. But what exactly did they say?
      All four Henderson races in the May 4 primary election were decided by each winner securing more than 50 percent of the vote, thus negating the need for the June 8 general election. City Councilwoman Amanda Cyphers, who was re-elected to her second term by receiving 73 percent of the vote, said the quick resolution of each race is a benefit to the city.
