      At the beginning of the year, Dorothy Dousett made a few resolutions: She wanted to be more active, get back into shape and keep an overall positive outlook on life.
      That's a tall order for anyone, let alone a 46-year-old woman who's been on dialysis three days a week for nearly 25 years and undergone 65 operations throughout that time.
