Model builder stays afloat crafting shipsBy Sonya PadgettView staff writer Vincent Baginski has never been the type of person to wait for his ship to come in. Instead, he's the kind of man who builds it. For the past 25 years, the retired Marine Corps gunnery sergeant has been doing just that, at least on a small scale.
