Commission approves microbrewery permit

The Las Vegas Planning Commission on July 13 approved a request for an extension of time on an approved special-use permit for a nonconforming 14,900-square-foot casino and microbrewery at 1901 N. Rancho Drive.
Also on July 13, the planning commission:
Approved a request for a revised tentative map for 63 lots on 9.76 acres on the east side of Durango Drive, approximately 345 feet south of Alexander Road.
Approved a request for a tentative map for 14 lots on 2.67 acres located approximately 620 feet east of Durango Drive and 300 feet south of Alexander Road.
Approved a request for a tentative map for one lot on 23.31 acres on the northeast corner of Farm Road and Durango Drive.
Continued to July 27 a request for a tentative map for 47 lots on 40 common lots on 812.2 acres west of the western Las Vegas Beltway and north of Charleston Boulevard.
Approved a request for a tentative map for one lot on 2.99 acres on the east side of Durango Drive, north of Cheyenne Avenue.
Continued to July 27 a request for a tentative map for one lot on 5.01 acres on the southeast corner of Tenaya Way and Alexander Road.

Approved a request for an extension of time on an approved tentative map for a commercial subdivision for one lot on 8.46 acres on the southeast corner of Lake Mead Boulevard and Torrey Pines Drive.
Approved a petition for an extension of time on an approved vacation of Solar Avenue, east of Unicorn Street.
Approved a request for an extension of time for a special-use permit for the off-premise sale of beer and wine in conjunction with a proposed convenience store on the northeast corner of Craig Road and Tenaya Way.
Approved a request for a reinstatement and extension of time on an approved special-use permit for two electric substations and overhead transmission lines on the north side of Far Hills Way, east of the western Las Vegas Beltway.
Approved a request for an extension of time on an approved variance for the replacement of a nonconforming use with a proposed 14,923-square-foot casino and tavern to allow a temporary parking reduction at 1901 N. Rancho Drive.
Approved a request for an extension of time for an approved rezoning of 2.91 acres east of Jones Boulevard and north of Lone Mountain Road.
