Parent receives honor

      When staff members at Kahre Elementary School were deciding which parent volunteer at the school to nominate for this year's Clark County School District Parent Hall of Fame, it didn't take long to find the answer.
      "We all just echoed together `Our Vicki.' " said Principal Glenda Plaster.
