Incidents trigger push for locks By Chris Jones      View staff writer       In the wake of several highly publicized shooting incidents throughout the United States, limiting access to handguns has become one of this year's more popular and sensitive political topics.       The issue hit close to home for many Southern Nevadans following the shooting deaths of four people at a Las Vegas Albertson's store last June.
