Celebrating black culture

There are those who say the only way to truly understand something is to immerse yourself in it. That's exactly what you can do when the West Charleston Library holds the fourth annual celebration of black culture. Called Remembering the Freedoms, the festival will be held Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 10 and 11 beginning at 1 p.m. each day.
