Her real name is Diane Krause, but her co-workers call her "Mav." It's short for Maverick, a reference to the character Tom Cruise played in "Top Gun." Just like the movie character, she rides a motorcycle and is a pilot. Well, not an F-14 pilot like Cruise but a helicopter pilot.
