The first house in Southern Nevada to be constructed using Tridipanel is in Henderson. The material, composed of Styrofoam and large-gauge wire, can be used in place of wood or metal. This house's exterior walls use Tridipanel with traditional wooden roof trusses.

CONSTRUCTION: A different kind of house
There's something unusual about one of the houses under construction on Pacific Avenue. The 2,600-square-foot house is being constructed using Tridipanels, an alternative building material made of polystyrene and wire. The house is the first in Southern Nevada to be built using the material.
