ALAMO RANCH: Horses have great gait

When a confident cowboy recently took one of her Peruvian Paso horses for a test ride in a circular corral, Val Alvarez Von Holt, owner of the Alamo Ranch, scolded him for riding a Cadillac like a Mack truck, trotting him instead of accounting for the horse's gait.
