FOURTH ANNUAL FESTIVAL: Martial arts provide a kick

There were kicks and splits, jabs and punches. The Martial Arts Festival at the Rainbow Library's outdoor amphitheater, 3150 N. Buffalo Drive, involved different doctrines of martial arts like Thai kick boxing, Shaolin kung fu, karate and tae kwon do. With the variety of moves, it had all the elements of a Jackie Chan movie.
