On Feb. 5, the Planning Commission recommended to:
Approve waivers of development standards to waive the requirements for street lights on Quail Avenue, permit early grading prior to building permits and permit accessory structure with early grading permits all in conjunction with an approved 55,000-square-foot office complex on 4.5 acres in an office & professional zone located between Russell Road and Quail Avenue and the west side of Sandhill Road.
Approve a holdover waiver of development standards to reduce the rear setback in conjunction with a single family residence on 0.2 acres in a single family residential zone located 60 feet west of Mountain Vista Street on the north side of McMillan Road.
Approve a holdover waivers of development standards to reduce on-site parking requirements and reduce landscaping requirements for an existing 32,030-square-foot retail building and a future 13,290-square-foot retail building on 3 acres in a general commercial zone located on the southwest corner of Karen Avenue and Maryland Parkway.
On Feb. 6, the Planning Commission recommended to:
Approve a zone change to reclassify 8 acres in a general commercial to recreational vehicle park zone for a 157 space recreational vehicle park located 350 feet east of Boulder Highway 850 feet south of Glen Drive and 70 feet west of U.S. Highway 95.
On Feb. 7, the Planning Commission recommended to:
Approve a de review to construct and maintain a 18,000-square-foot retail building on a portion of a 3.8 acre parcel in conjunction with an existing shopping center in a general commercial zone located on the southeast corner of Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Maryland Parkway.
Approve a use permit to increase the height of flag pole and design review for a convenience store, carwash, and fuel island on 0.9 acres in a general commercial zone located on the south side of Windmill Lane and the east side of Maryland Parkway.
