Barbara Bundy

Barbara Marie Bundy, 41, died March 10 in Las Vegas.

She was born Sept. 12, 1960, in New York. A bartender at the Saddle West Casino, she was a resident of Pahrump since 1995.

She is survived by her mother, Beverly Baker of Pahrump; grandfather, Walter Baker of California; daughter Beth Ann Baker of Pahrump; brother David (Tammye) Baker of Las Vegas; aunt and uncle, Ron and Carolyn Ward of Pahrump; uncle, William Baker of Pahrump; niece, Alandrah Baker of Las Vegas.

Memorial services will be held at Neptune Society Chapel tomorrow at 3 p.m. Neptune Society of Nye County handled the arrangements.

Michael Gagliano

Michael Gagliano, 75, died March 4 in Pahrump.

He was born Jan. 26, 1927 in Wisconsin. A retired tile setter, he was an eight-year resident of Pahrump.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Gagliano of Pahrump; sons, Michael Gagliano and John Gagliano of Wisconsin; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial mass was held at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church March 5. Pahrump Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Hurley Henley

Hurley Lee Henley, 59, died March 5 in Pahrump.

He was born Nov. 4, 1942 in Las Vegas. A truck driver, he was a 20-year resident of Pahrump.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Henley of Pahrump; daughter, Bonnie (Bill) Green of Pahrump; son, Rickey (Lydia) Henley of Las Vegas; sisters, Beth Wheeler of Las Vegas, Nylene binkley of Oregon; and three grandchildren.

Services were held March 9 in Las Vegas. Pahrump Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Kathleen Mathews

Kathleen Mathews, 75, died March 7 in Pahrump.

She was born Feb. 26, 1927 in Snowhomish, Wash. A retired postal worker, she was a resident of Pahrump.

She is survived by her son, Glen (Gerri) Utterback of California.

Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, April 4 at 10 a.m. Pahrump Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Veronica Mustafa

Veronica Mustafa, 85, died March 5 in Pahrump.

She was born Aug. 6, 1916 in Brooklyn, N.Y. A retired worker in the food service industry, she was a resident of Pahrump since 2001.

Preceded in death by her daughter Mary Calamia in December of last year, she is survived by her daughters, Veronica Davila of Pahrump, Patricia Bowler of New York; son, Frederick Singer of New York; grandchildren, Karen Calamia and Patrick Bowler of New York.

Funeral Services and interment will be in New York City. Desert Pines Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

Dennis Scholtes

Dennis Scholtes, 44, died March 9 in Pahrump.

He was born April 5, 1957 in New York. He was a four-year resident of Pahrump.

He is survived by his parents, John and Dolores Scholtes of Pahrump; and sister, Jackie of Las Vegas.

Memorial services will be held at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church March 27 at 1:30 p.m. Pahrump Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Hannah Stangroome

Hannah Stangroome, 89, died March 6 at Evergreen Nursing Home in Pahrump.

She was born Feb. 21, 1913 in England. A retired seamstress for a dry cleaner, she was a resident of Pahrump.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Norton of Pahrump.

Services will be held in the hearts of those who knew her. Pahrump Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.
