EMOTIONALLY SOOTHING: Visitors enjoy hot springs
A Las Vegan standing outdoors in the buff next to a lonesome hot spring in the northern Mojave Desert, recalled his first experience visiting one as a boy of about 10. His parents didn't tell him where they were going, as they walked through the snow near Mammoth Lakes to visit Warm Springs.
