BLACK HISTORY MONTH: Re-living 'Unchained Memories'

The West Las Vegas Library will debut HBO's new documentary "Unchained Memories" to kick off the library district's celebration of Black History Month. The library is the only venue in Nevada and one of only 55 sites in the country selected to show the film.
