On Oct. 8, the Clark County Planning Commission recommended to:
Approve a zone change first extension of time to reclassify .7 acres from rural estates residential zone and general highway frontage zone to designed manufacturing zone for a 4,000 aquare foot office/warehouse building located on the east side of Sycamore Trail 450 feet south of Coran Lane, and 450 west of Rancho Drive.
Approve a variance to reduce required parking on a portion of 55 acres in a general commercial planned community overlay district zone located on the south side of Twain Avenue and the east side of Town Center Drive.
On Oct. 9, the Las Vegas Planning Commission recommended to:
Approve a site development plan review for a proposed 39,220 square foot medical office development on 4.5 acres located on the east side of Crimson Canyon Drive approximately 450 feet south of Peak Drive.
