DEVELOPMENT

St. Rose park begins lot sale program

In an effort to provide greater cost control and flexibility to business owners interested in developing their own office space, St. Rose Professional Park has started a land sale program. The park is offering fully improved office sites ranging in size from a half-acre to 1.5 acres and allowing businesses to oversee construction of its own office space.

The high-end professional office park, near the corner of St. Rose Parkway and Eastern Avenue in Henderson, is the first office development for Las Vegas-based Park One LLC. Upon completion, the park will include 12 buildings, totaling 180,000 square feet on a 14-acre parcel of land.

Commercial Associates is marketing the project, JMA Architecture Studio is designing and Breslin Builders is handling construction.

EDUCATION

Intern program benefits students

Carson Taylor Harvey Inc. recently announced it has selected students Lauren Adler and Holly Harvey to participate in its summer intern program.

Both students will be juniors this fall at Sierra Vista High School and will serve as office assistants throughout the summer months. Their duties will include filing, answering phones and more. Carson Taylor Harvey also offers college internships.
