At its Aug. 11 meeting, the North Las Vegas Planning Commission voted to:
Approve and forward to the City Council for consideration an amendment to the comprehensive plan, land use element, from low-density residential to office and a reclassification from single-family residential to professional office commercial district at 2312 Perliter Ave.
Approve and forward to the City Council for consideration an amendment to the master plan of streets and highways to delete Commerce Street from Deer Springs Way to Dorrell Lane.
