Territory Inc. announces first phases
Territory Inc. recently announced the first phase of both Centennial Gateway and Southern Highlands Marketplaces.
Centennial Gateway, located at Centennial Center Boulevard and Ann Road, will launch its first phase to be anchored by Lane Furniture and two other furniture retailers.
Southern Highlands Marketplace, located on Southern Highlands Parkway and Cactus Road, has been 100 percent pre-leased by Territory, Inc.

Bank of Commerce expands services
Bank of Commerce has announced that it is expanding its innovative services to the rural areas of the state through the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Business and Industry Loan Guarantee Program (B&I). The collaboration will allow the bank to promote economic development and job creation.
