Generation S girls seems to be nirvana for girls ranging in age from 4 to 14.

Whether they prefer the more frilly fashions or hole-laden jeans that look like they are decades older than the children wearing them, the shop caters to all fashion senses. Well, almost all fashions. Owner Stacey Noble said she doesn't feel the need to offer overly revealing or provocative wear for such a young crowd.

"Everything is age appropriate," Noble said.

She said her merchandise is aimed at catering to a wide range of customers.

"We carry sizes 4 to 16 and the prices hit every price point," Noble said. "If someone needs to shop when things are on sale, we hit that price point, and on the other end, we carry Juicy Couture."

Other popular clothing lines the store carries include Von Dutch, Roxy, Too Shy and Emily West, Noble said.

Ten-year-old Tylar Barton said her favorite aspect of the store is its space for testing out the merchandise -- a catwalk with a full stage.

"I like it because when you go in and you get to the back of the store there's a runway," Tylar said. "And I like to look at myself when I'm modeling. And she has all different kinds of clothing. I like Juicy and Von Dutch. Those are my favorites."

Besides serving as a clothing store, the shop, located at 4205 S. Grand Canyon Drive, Suite 6, also functions as a party store.

The establishment is brightly decorated, with green, orange, purple and pink stripes, polka dots, butterflies and flowers adorning the walls. The two dressing rooms are shaped and painted to look like two gigantic lipstick tubes. In back of the retail area, there is a vanity station in the shape of a telephone handset where girls can get their hair, nails and make-up done.

There also are two large pink and silver booths where girls can enjoy their cake during birthday parties, a dressing room, used for the shows that take place on the catwalk, two large-screen projectors and a Dance Dance Revolution game station.

The shop can service anything from a birthday party to a special day for mother and daughter. A two-hour birthday party for six girls, including invitations, cake, drinks, a group photo, an "up-do" hairdo, boa, makeup application and T-shirt for each girl is offered for $300, with each additional girl costing $40. As for the makeup, Noble doesn't allow red lipstick or mascara.

Themed birthday parties are available, as well. The themes include princess, spoiled and proud of it, cheerleading, runway model and a play on "American Idol" that incorporates judges and karaoke.

Each party receives the same basics, but the themed parties include the specific events, and video taping. For example, during the cheerleading party, Noble has two cheerleaders come in, one from UNLV and the other from Durango High School, and they teach the girls a cheer. The majority of the special themes are an additional $100.

Other festivities offered include a slew of activities to make young girls feel very girly. As Mother's Day is approaching, Noble mentioned that the Mom & Me package serves as a nice bonding tool for mother and daughter. The $75 package includes "twisty-do" hairdos and boas for the pair, as well as a color photo.
