At its Jan. 17 meeting, the Las Vegas Planning Commission voted to:

Approve the amended holdover tentative map for a subdivision consisting of eight single family residential lots and two common elements on 5 acres on the northeast corner of Torrey Pines Drive and Deer Springs Way.

Approve to vacate and abandon easements of interest to Clark County located between Corbett Street and El Campo Grande Avenue, and between Bonita Vista Street and Riley Street.

At its Jan. 18 meeting, the commission voted to:

Approve a waiver of conditions of a tentative map requiring the construction of off-sites to non-urban standards which requires full off-sites on Rainbow Boulevard on 5.1 acres on the southeast corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Via Provenza Avenue.

Approve a tentative map consisting of 20 single family residential lots on 10.1 acres on the west side of Torrey Pines Boulevard and the north side of Solar Avenue.

At its Jan. 19 meeting, the commission voted to:

Approve the use permit for a communications tower on 11.2 acres on the north side of Grand Teton Drive and the west side of Gilbert Lane.
