At its Oct. 18 meeting, the Clark County Planning Commission voted to:

Approve the waiver to extend the time limit for an improvement bond in conjunction with a residential subdivision on 2.6 acres in a single family residential zone a medium density residential zone, and a multiple family residential planned community overlay district zone in Village 18 of the Summerlin Master Planned Community on the south side of Granite Ridge Drive and the west side of Flamingo Road.

Approve the waiver to extend the time limit for an improvement bond in conjunction with a residential subdivision on 3.2 acres in a single family residential zone, a multiple family residential zone, and a planned community overlay district zone in Summerlin Village 18 in the Summerlin Master Planned Community on the south side of Granite Ridge Drive and the east side of Flamingo Road.

Approve the waiver to extend the time limit for an improvement bond in conjunction with a residential subdivision on 3.1 acres in a single family residential zone, a medium density residential zone, and a multiple family residential zone in Village 18 of the Summerlin Master Planned Community on the south side of Granite Ridge Drive and the west side of Flamingo Road.

At its Oct. 19 meeting, the commission voted to:

Approve the variances for the following: permit a temporary sales trailer, allow building mock-ups, increase building height, and increase the commencement period; waiver for the requirement of the final map to record prior to obtaining building permits on approximately 57 acres in a multiple family residential zone and a general commercial planned community overlay district zone in Summerlin Village 15A within the Summerlin South Master Planned Community on the south side of Flamingo Road and the west side of Town Center Drive.
