Project to house niche tenants near Cheyenne corridor
While the urban living high-rise, condo and loft craze in the Las Vegas Valley has been well documented for some time, developers at Commercial Lofts LLC hope to add their own unique touch to the term "mixed-use" with the groundbreaking next month of their newest venture -- CL3.
To be located at the southwest corner of Clayton Street and Colton Avenue, just off the Cheyenne corridor, CL3's lofts will mix business and home life by incorporating residential, office and warehouse space into a single unit.
