Karina Aime Quezada, has received a presidential appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point for the class of 2011.
Upon graduation from West Point, she plans to remain on active duty as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army.
Quezada is ranked 13th in her class of 406 at Del Sol High School, where she will graduate with an honors diploma. She has earned five varsity letters, three in cross country, one in track and one in swimming.
She is the daughter of Noe and Blanca Quezada of Las Vegas.
