Clark County Parks and Recreation's World Vibration concert series continues with music from Lebanon and the Middle East at 2 p.m. Sunday at Winchester Cultural Center, 3130 S. McLeod Drive.

Nabila Dance Co. will perform the elements of rhythm, melody and instrumentation associated with the tradition.

Admission is $10 for adults; $7 for children and seniors.

Nabila Dance Co. brings cultural insights and integrity to this beautiful music and dance of the east. The concert includes informal talks on folklore, music and dance.

Folk music refers to music that arose from the day-to-day lives of people living in rural villages.

Generally, the tunes had simple melody lines that ordinary people with ordinary voices could sing. Many of the folk songs were composed anonymously.

The next concert on Sept. 23 will be Mexican music by Llamarada.

For information, call 455-7340 or visit the Web site at www.accessclarkcounty. com/parks.
