The first Rancho Baseball Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday at the Boulder City Golf Course.
The event will include a longest drive contest and raffle prizes.
The cost is $125 for individuals or $500 for a foursome.

The Bill & Lillie Heinrich YMCA, 4141 Meadows Lane, offers Soccer 101 for youth ages 6-15 from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturdays, with a new session beginning on Saturday.

DODGEBALL ACTIVITIES SET AT MINKER SPORTS COMPLEX
The city of Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services is offering free dodgeball practices through Dec. 17 at the Chuck Minker Sports Complex, 275 N. Mojave Road.
Practice is coed and open to those 14 and older on Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 to 3 p.m.
Beginners are welcome. Registration also is open through Dec. 17 for a 10-week dodgeball league, which begins play on Jan. 7.
The fee is $12 per person.

CITY OFFERS WINTER T-BALL LEAGUE
The city of Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services invites boys and girls ages 3-8 to register for T-ball this winter at three locations: Doolittle Community Center, 1950 N. J St. (229-6374); Gibson Community School, 3990 W. Washington Ave. (229-5096); and Johnson Community School, 340 Villa Monterey (229-6175).
Weekly games and instruction will run for six weeks starting Jan. 19. Cost ranges from $45 to $55 depending on age.
