Nancy LaCombe, from Mabel Hoggard Elementary School, was selected as the elementary school honoree, and James Carlson, from Jerome Mack Middle School, was named as the middle school recipient.
The Nevada School Counselor Association is a professional organization that represents school counseling in Southern Nevada.
