Ryan D. Honey, of Boulder City, has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. Honey's project included refurbishing areas of the Veteran's Cemetery. He painted and sealed the cemetery wall, cleaned memorials and resealed the water fountain.
Honey is one of 67 to receive Eagle Awards from the Boulder City Council since January 2001.
