Joshua C. MacDavid, 18, earned his Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of America Jan. 19.

His chartering organization is Calvary Community Assembly of God.

For his service project, he and nine other boys spent three months building 100 cubbies at Cimarron Rose Community Center.

MacDavid, who is the son of Chris and James MacDavid of Las Vegas, has been active in football and weight lifting.
