Justin Hoeft and Jared Geschke, juniors at Green Valley High School, attended the Future Business Leaders of America conference at Sunset Station, April 22-25.

Last year, Hoeft won state championship in business at the conference.

Hoeft and Geschke have been friends since they attended kindergarten together at Nate Mack Elementary School in Henderson.

Hoeft, who is president of FBLA, and Geschke, who is a member, raised more than $2,000 through the organization for the March of Dimes in February.

FBLA has a 65-year history of providing high school students with the knowledge, leadership skills and experience to assist them in future business careers.
