Hat designer and proprietor of the west Las Vegas women's hats and accessories store The Hat Box, Aaron Arrington's chief muse has always been his grandmother Irene.

"She's my inspiration," said the 38-year-old native of west Las Vegas from his store lined with hats resembling sequined tropical islands or beribboned birthday cakes, all arranged by color.
