* Paris Las Vegas will light the 50-story replica of the Eiffel Tower red at midnight on Thursday to kick off a week of Beaujolais festivities celebrating the release of the 2007 wine. Bottles will arrive by horse-drawn carriage and will be delivered to French security, accompanied by can-can dancers at the base of the tower. Under French law, the wine is released the third Thursday in November, six weeks after harvest.
