The Henderson Little League will be holding signups from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and on Dec. 15 at the Galleria at Sunset mall, inside the lower level near Dick's Sporting Goods. Early signup dates entitle participants to a 20 percent discount on the regular registration fee.

MIXED DOUBLES TEAMS SHINE AT LAS VEGAS USTA EVENT
Twenty mixed doubles teams from the USTA Intermountain Section competed for the Inter-mountain Fall Mixed Champ-ionship at the Darling Tennis Center on Nov. 9-11. The Las Vegas 7.5 and 8.5 teams won their respective divisions.
The 7.5 championship team includes Scott Pritchard, Michael Springer, Gregory McGrath, David Pocernik, Crystal Flaton, Kim Springer, Lydia Holden, Kim Fetterly, Shelley Rhodes, John Rhodes, Alma Donkersloot and Keith Sexton.
The 8.5 team includes Brian Payne, Mindy Curnutt, Karen Tyndall, Margaretha Breytenbach, Vaughn Lawrence, Matt Thatcher, Angeline Close, Adam Krupp and Nichole Kojima.
