Karen Smith of North Las Vegas snapped this shot of her newest, smallest member of her family. According to Smith, "Shorty" weighs about 3 pounds, is about 10 years old and has only one eye. The tiny dog couldn?t wait to snuggle into its very own towel after taking what Smith said she believes was Shorty?s very first bath.
