At its Sept. 18 meeting, the Henderson City Council voted to:

* Approve the cash requirements register for the period of Aug. 5 through Sept. 2.

* Approve the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between the city, WestCare Nevada Inc., and Southern Nevada Hospitals relating to provisions of funds for the Community Triage Center.

* Approve the agreement between the city and Berbee Information Network Corp. for product sales and service projects for future security initiatives and expansion of practices addressing regulatory compliance.

* Approve the agreements between the city and Union Pacific Railroad Co. for FAST conduit crossings beneath 11 railroad crossings within the city.

* Approve the engineering services agreement between the city and Geotek Inc. to provide construction management services for the Henderson Landfill Closure.

* Approve the professional services agreement between the city and Carollo Engineers to perform a pump station condition assessment and performance evaluation for in-service water pumping stations; and a service conformation for eight standby pumping stations serving the city's potable water distribution system.

* Approve the park agreement between the city and D.R. Horton Inc. for dedication of 1.5 acres for placement of three parkettes within the residential community known as The Canyons at MacDonald Ranch, pursuant to the comprehensive plan amendment and zone change ordinance condition.

* Approve the ground lease agreement between the city and Nathan Adelson Hospice for an adult day care facility, to be located in the Wagon Wheel Industrial Park area.

* Approve the interlocal agreement between the city and Clark County relating to provision of Community Development Block Grant funds to construct the Nathan Adelson Adult Daycare Center.

* Approve the agreement between the city and ESRI Inc. for the annual renewal of maintenance support services for Arc Interactive Mapping Services, Arc Spatial Database Engine and Arc Geographic Information System for Sept. 1 through Aug. 30, 2008.

* Approve the second supplemental interlocal contract between the city and the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada to provide additional funding required to complete construction of the Automall Interchange project.

* Approve the authorization for Public Works Department staff to advertise and receive bids for a contract for utility services support building.

* Approve the authorization for Public Works Department staff to advertise and receive bids for a contract for Bruce/Randy Way building demolitions, and approve related budget, in preparation for the planned work force housing construction.

* Approve the award contract for Moser Building roof replacement to Commercial Roofers Inc. and accept into the city's capital improvement plan.

* Approve the class specification for utility services systems electrician and wage assignment to Range 468 of the Teamsters Blue Collar Wage Schedule.

* Approve the amendment the staff complement of the Department of Utility Services by adding four utility services systems electricians to, and deleting four operations and maintenance electricians.

* Approve the class specification and wage assignment for financial analyst I to Range 100 of the professional wage schedule, and financial analyst II to Range 200 of the professional wage schedule.

* Approve the amendment of the staff complement of the Department of Utility Services by adding one financial analyst II and deleting one technical analyst III from, Fund 5301-3710.

* Approve to amend the staff complement of the Department of Utility Services by adding one utility construction project manager and deleting one construction project manager.

* Approve the class specification for air flow systems technician and wage assignment to Range 468 of the Teamsters Blue Collar Wage Schedule.

* Approve the class specification for property and evidence technician and wage assignment to Range 444 of the Teamsters Clerical/Technical Wage Schedule.

* Approve to amend the staff complement of the police department by adding three property and evidence technicians and deleting three evidence custodians.
