The College of Southern Nevada student government will present the first Artapalooza from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the College of Southern Nevada Henderson Campus in the Building B parking lot.

GOLF TOURNAMENT TO RAISE FUNDS FOR MUSEUM GUILD
The Black Mountain 2008 Heritage Tournament to honor and support the local heritage of Henderson and Clark County, will begin at 7:45 a.m. April 27 at the Black Mountain Golf and Country Club, 500 Greenway Road. Members and the public are invited to participate in the four-player scrabble, which will benefit the Clark County Museum Guild. The prize pool is at $2,000 and growing. Tickets are $45 for members and $75 for nonmembers.

SENIOR AND AQUATICS FACILITY TO BREAK GROUND THIS SUMMER
Groundbreaking for Henderson's new senior and aquatics facility will take place early this summer. The facility will be located on Racetrack Road, just off Burkholder Boulevard.
The design for the $14.5 million Heritage Park Aquatic Complex Center, which will replace the Lorin Williams Pool, consists of two indoor pools. The indoor lap/competitive pool will include 14 25-yard lanes and water depth ranging from 31/2 to 13 feet.
