When Boulder Station opened 14 years ago, Boulder Highway -- and for that matter the entire valley -- was a very different place. Eight months ago, the property began a renovation project, in part to keep things fresh and in part to keep up with the Joneses.
"We've got four casinos basically side by side, clearly it's a strong market," said Don Richardson, Boulder Station general manager. "We just want to make sure we're the biggest, the best and the greatest."
