An 8-acre botanical garden, historic wetlands and desert wildlife are some of the things visitors will find at the Springs Preserve, and now they can add rotisserie chicken, rosemary focaccia and rigatoni bolongese to that list.
The Springs Preserve at 333 S. Valley View Blvd. has an added attraction -- the Springs Cafe, celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck's eco-friendly, quick-service eatery. The eatery opened on Aug. 23.
