'THE HAIRY APE' IS COMING TO COLLEGE OF SOUTHERN NEVADA

A production of the expressionistic play "The Hairy Ape" will be staged at College of Southern Nevada, 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave., at 7:30 p.m. beginning Feb. 29. Additional shows will be held March 1, 7 and 8 and on March 2 and 9 at 2 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors. For reservations, call 651-5483.

AFRICAN-AMERICAN MUSIC FESTIVAL COMING TO UNLV

UNLV will host the eighth annual African-American Festival at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall, 4505 S. Maryland Parkway.

Admission is $8. Admission for students and seniors is $5. Free admission is offered to UNLV students who present valid student identification. Tickets may be purchased at the UNLV Performing Arts Center box office or by calling 895-2787.

'SAME TIME, NEXT YEAR' NOW PLAYING AT WINCHESTER THEATER

Good Medicine Theatre Company will present Bernard Slade's romantic comedy "Same Time, Next Year" at the Winchester Cultural Center Theater, 3130 S. McLeod Drive.

Performances are set for 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday with Saturday matinees at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children and seniors.
