Residents wiggle and shake into shape
Belly dancing mixes art form with fitness

It's an art form that's all about the attitude -- the attitude of the wrist, the attitude of the sternum, the spine. And, OK, so it's fun, too, participants say.

Belly dancing is regarded as a way to exercise while learning an art form. At A Body in Balance, 1215 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 150, Deborah Vick led the facility's inaugural class in the basics on the evening of Dec. 5. Regular classes begin this week.
