ASSOCIATE CONDUCTOR OF ORCHESTRA GOES SOLO

Virtuoso pianist Philip Fortenberry will perform "Now Just Me" at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Clark County Library Main Theater, 1401 E. Flamingo Road. Fortenberry is the associate conductor of "Jersey Boys" at The Palazzo and previo usly was associate conductor for Mandalay Bay's "Mamma Mia!" Tickets are $15 for the concert, a presentation of the Performing Arts Society of Nevada's Brown Bag Concerts. Tickets are sold in advance at the theater box office. BALLY'S OFFERS LOCALS $27 SHOW TICKETS THROUGH AUG. 15

"Jubilee!" at Bally's, one of the longest-running shows in Las Vegas history, will mark its 27th anniversary by offering $27 tickets to Nevada residents every night from mid-July through Aug. 15.

"Jubilee!" made its debut at Bally's on July 31, 1981. Rhinestone-clad showgirls are the stars of this lavish spectacular that recalls the heyday of Las Vegas glitz and glamour.

Nevada residents showing identification may buy up to four tickets for $27 each at the Bally's box office, based on availability. "Jubilee!" is presented at 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. Saturday through Thursday. It is a topless show for adults 18 and older. Call the box office at 967-4567.

HIP-HOP DANCE CONTEST TO BE HELD AT LAKE LAS VEGAS

USA Hip-Hop Dance Championship Finals 2008 will be held at 7:30 p.m. July 30 at Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort, 101 MonteLago Blvd. Dance crews from across the United States will compete for the title. Tickets start at $20. For more information, call 800-669-5867.
