CLASSICAL EXTRAVAGANZA AT STARBRIGHT THEATRE

Starbright Theatre, Thomas Ryan Blvd., will present the Classical Brass Extravaganza featuring Bill Bernatis of the Las Vegas Philharmonic and Las Vegas Brass, at 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.

Tickets cost $20 for residents and $25 for nonresidents. Tickets can be purchased at Desert Vista, Mountain Shadows and Pinnacle community centers.

EGGSTRVAGANZA EGG HUNT PLANNED FOR SUMMERLIN

The annual Summerlin Egg Hung Eggstravaganza returns to the Trails Park Ballfields from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Children will be able to search for eggs, goodies and prizes.

Egg Hunt passes can be purchased in advance for $5 at the Trails, Willows and Gardens community centers. Day-of passes are $8 each and can be purchased starting at 9 a.m. at The Trails Community Center. Proof of residency is required. For more information, please call 341-5500.

ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE AND FESTIVAL PLANNED

The Southern Nevada Sons of Erin will present the 42nd annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival Thursday through Monday in downtown Henderson.

The festival will feature a full carnival, kids' games, food vendors, merchandise and craft vendors, inflatable rides and more. Admission is free.

The parade will be at 10 a.m. Saturday. The carnival will be open from 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, noon to 10 p.m. Sunday, and noon to 8 p.m. Monday.
