By ANGELA STEWART
VIEW STAFF WRITER

The Senior Citizens Law Project has been offering Clark County residents, age 60 and over, free legal service and advice since its inception in 1978. The project is funded by the city of Las Vegas and by a grant from the State of Nevada Division for Aging Services.
