Fall in the Las Vegas Valley brings more than just a reprieve from scorching temperatures -- it's also the time for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar to offer its A Taste of Fall seasonal menu. Now through Jan. 5, 2009, the fall prix fixe menu is available for $35.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu has a choice of one of three entrees, including Steak Diane (pan-roasted filet with brandy mushroom demi glace), Pork Osso Bucco (double-cut, braised pork shank served with sweet polenta) and Swordfish Peperonata (steak-cut with a compote of flame-roasted peppers). The meal includes a choice of salad (The Wedge, Fleming's or Caesar) and dessert (white chocolate bread pudding with bourbon anglaise). Suggested wine pairings are available for each entree and for dessert. The regular menu includes top-grade steaks and an á la carte sides menu, as well as 100 wines by the glass.
